KEY RESPONSILITIES
SM+ Change management + Release Management
? Act as Scrum Master and drive and manage the Scrum ceremonies across multiple Risk and Finance Teams
? Work closely with the product owners to ensure delivery commitments for each squad are met on time and with a high degree of delivery quality (no bugs or regression issues)
? Identify bottlenecks, area of improvements and create a backlog to enhance team delivery capabilities
? Manage and housekeep team backlogs
? Manage delivery control requirements, working with the FM Tech Development and QA Teams to satisfy delivery gate checks
? User UAT support, demos and onboarding
? Enhancements tracking, requirements, and prioritisation
? Periodic Stakeholder reporting and working group management
