Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Evaluation: Analyze and assess requirements for transformational programs, work with multiple business to create a holistic solution ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive and innovative solutions that address business needs, leveraging cloud technologies and industry best practices. Design scalable, secure, and efficient architectures tailored to regulated industry requirements.
- Technology Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one major technology stack, providing guidance and insights on implementation strategies, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Storytelling Design: Quickly translate complex technical concepts and solutions into clear, concise, and visually engaging narratives using PowerPoint presentations, Enterprise architect or similar tools. Craft compelling stories that effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of proposed solutions to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to identify gaps, drive alignment and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements within the healthcare sector. Continuously expand knowledge and expertise to remain at the forefront of solution architecture practices.

Capable of developing architecture/solutions based on SAP ME.
Experience in Integration with L2/L3/L4 (ECC, SAP ME, various MES, LIMS, SCADA, OPC, OPC Historical Data Access etc.) systems.
Experience in requirements, gap analysis, design, development, testing and Go-Live implementation.
Experience in SAP ME upgrades.
Adequate functional understanding of MOM such as Planning/scheduling, Track and trace , Master data management, Material management, OEE, Quality Management, Supply chain etc.
Experience in different domains such as Auto, Pharma, Consumer, Healthcare etc.
Basic knowledge of different SAP modules. (MM, PM Etc.)
Experience in software development methodologies such as agile and waterfall.
Adequate knowledge of industry standards like ISA 95/ISA 88.
Experience in troubleshooting & analytical skills.
Experience in customer interaction/client facing experience.
Good communication skills (Verbal/written).
Experience in working with onsite - offshore model.
