Job Description:
Requirement:
- 8 years of experience in SAP FI/CO(General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.) , with at least 2 years in a lead or senior support role
- Proven experience with CATS in a support including configuration, issue resolution, and integration with HR and CO
- Knowledge on FS-CD, RE-FX, and Reinsurance modules as neede
- Strong understanding of finance operations in the insurance industry
- Experience working in an Application Support & Maintenance (AMS) environment
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow or Remedy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
