- 5- 8 years of experience working with SAP APO.
- Must have experience with SNP (Supply Network Planning) and Production break fix issues, maintenance/enhancement changes to ensure stable production environment.
- Should have strong hands-on experience on Supply Network Planning Master Data Product master, location master, Transportation Lane etc
- Least of 4 years of involvement in support projects with hands on ITIL knowledge and understanding the business requirement of the organization.
- Working with client(s) cross-functional teams, IT development team and business users at the consulting level
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions.
