The role
The Salesforce Market Lead role would be responsible for driving engagement & rollout of Salesforce solution across different customer markets & business lines. This role will be responsible to bring in best practices in template based multi-country rollouts.

What you will do
- Responsible for engaging with different market teams & business lines within the customer organization.
- Liaise with market IT & business teams to identify localization requirements both from application & data perspective.
- Create plan for rolling out Salesforce solution across different markets & business lines.
- Drive onboarding & adoption of market business users.
Who are we looking for
- 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager.
- Experience in delivering large & medium sized projects or programs involving enterprise applications, CX / CRM programs.
- Experience of handling multi country rollouts especially for Salesforce applications. Strong experience in Agile way of working.
- Domain Specialization in front office or enterprise apps in Hospitality industry is an added advantage.
- Experience in managing external and internal Stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing management reports, weekly and monthly status reports and presenting to customer.
- Experience in work planning, estimating/budgeting, productivity measurement and management, resource planning, risk assessment, expectation management, scope, and issue management.
- Ability to work with different levels of management throughout an organization, excellent customer focus.
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Should be able to work in offshore / onsite model.
