Sales Executive- Insurance (hunting new logos

Locations: Hiring is open to the following: East Brunswick, NJ, New York City, NY, Hartford, CT, or Des Moines, Iowa

Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence

  • Define hunting strategy for new logo acquisition for target clients in the Insurance domain.
  • Align focus areas with domain strategy and tech trends (Digital, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Gen AI).
  • Analyze market dynamics, competition, and top 50 existing accounts for growth opportunities.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, key stakeholders, and offerings.
  • Integrate Wipro's strategic initiatives into account plan

Engagement & Sales Execution
  • Develop engagement plans and entry strategies for target accounts.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and create counter-strategies.
  • Set quarterly sales targets, allocate goals, and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct regular team cadences to drive execution and resolve issues

Revenue Growth & Deal Management
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize new opportunities.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate across service lines and with advisors to shape differentiated solutions.
  • Oversee deal execution, revenue tracking, and collections


Pipeline Development & Client Engagement
  • Execute account engagement plans and identify key stakeholders.
  • Leverage internal and external networks to build client relationships.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to influence buying decisions.
  • Position Wipro as a strategic partner for large transformation deals


Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Collaboration
  • Partner with service lines and alliances to deliver events and thought leadership.
  • Influence client stakeholders to initiate formal buying processes.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
