We're looking for a strong RTE/Program Manager with solid experience leading Agile Release Trains and managing all aspects of the role-including financials

Should have experience with 2 or 3 team

Should have experience in US healthcare industry

Thinking Agile - Adopt and promote values and principles

Makes visible, responds to, and solves blocking issues to the team's progress, encouraging delivery team self-ownership

Protects teams from outside influences and distractions in a proactive manner

Tracks teams progress and protect teams from overcommitment / complacency considering historical team data and experience

Ensures a collaborative culture exists within team, including guiding team in defining team working agreements

Experience with a company the size of UHG/Optum as very fast paced and dynamic.

Mandatory Skills: HC - Payor .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
