• Complaint Handling & Review

• Quality Assurance & Compliance

o Perform audits on mortgage-related processes and documentation.

o Identify trends and recurring issues through root cause analysis.

• Reporting & Insights

o Prepare regular reports on complaint volumes, resolution times, and QA outcomes.

Audits & Compliance

 Feedback & Coaching:

• Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members based on performance metrics and behavioural observations.

 Root Cause Analysis (RCA):

• Lead RCA discussions for process deviations, customer complaints, or operational failures.
• Document RCA findings and ensure implementation of preventive measures

Mandatory Skills: Investment Banking(Back Office) .
