Job Description - QA Engineer
Position Overview: We are looking for a QA Engineer with a solid background in manual testing, strong problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience with basic automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead testing efforts, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and ensure software quality across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate testing efforts, working closely with Product and Development teams to understand requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases, results, and defect reports.
Apply strong debugging, log analysis, and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues.
Perform comprehensive API testing and microservices validation using tools like Postman and log aggregators (e.g., Splunk).
Develop and execute UI, API, and integration tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of applications.
Continuously improve test coverage and identify test gaps through strong analytical skills.
Collaborate on product-driven testing processes for web-based applications.
Ensure alignment of testing efforts with product requirements and delivery timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience in manual testing, with the ability to lead and execute testing strategies.
Familiarity with basic automation frameworks and hands-on experience writing automated tests.
Expertise in API testing, microservices architecture, and tools such as Postman, Splunk, GitLab, and GraphQL.
Knowledge of communication paradigms like REST and gRPC.
Hands-on experience in UI testing, API testing, and integration testing.
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze logs to debug issues.
Strong understanding of testing processes for web products and product-driven testing methodologies.
Basic programming skills in any programming language to support test automation efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
