Job Description:

Work Content
- Work closely with clients to quickly consolidate test cases and requirements
- Define strategy and translate into objectives, aligning with road map and overall goals
- Is self driven in data analysis and allocate team resources
- Manage test team
- Can influence team members and make technical judgement
- Extensive knowledge in android accessibility suite is a plus
- Able to communicate proficiently in English

Requirement
- Previous experience in software testing
- Knowledge of issue management
- QA experience
- Mobile industry experience is a plus.
- 5 years above working experience
- Has team management experience is a plus.
- Solid and Well experience in the Mobile testing field.

No Performance Parameter Measure 1 Understanding the test requirements and test case design of the product Ensure error free testing solutions, minimum process exceptions, 100% SLA compliance, # of automation done using VB, macros 2 Execute test cases and reporting Testing efficiency & quality, On-Time Delivery, Troubleshoot queries within TAT, CSAT score

Mandatory Skills: Mobile handset device testing .
