Cloud Application development team belongs to Google Pixel Carrier Certification org., responsible for some automation tools with Python language.

Role Description (and additional job description)

We are looking for a skilled Python Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Python and knowledge of Web communication;

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a carrier certification automation system

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an automation tool in Python to control test platform and accelerate lab testing.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Minimum Qualifications (MQs)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Python development and architecture.
• Experience with software engineering technology and principles, such as version control(Git), SQL, the Agile method stack, and the ability to write code in Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Status Reporting and Customer Focus on an ongoing basis with respect to testing and its execution
  
  
  • Ensure good quality of interaction with customer w.r.t. e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette etc
  • On time deliveries - WSRs, Test execution report and relevant dashboard updates in Test management repository
  • Updates of accurate efforts in eCube, TMS and other project related trackers
  • Timely Response to customer requests and no instances of complaints either internally or externally
