Project Operation Executive

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, ticket lifecycle etc).
• Experience working on ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Knowledge of basic troubleshooting (Windows, network, VPN, O365, hardware issues, etc.)
• Ability to analyze ticket volumes, trends, and operational data.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Excellent team management and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Good decision-making, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Team Lead / Supervisory / Shift Lead role.
• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).

Mandatory Skills: Project Management .

Experience: 3-5 Years .
