The purpose of the Reconciliation Project Manager role is to be the s ingle point of accountability for the oversight of reconciliation operational projects to meet project objectives and manage the day-to-day activities of assigned projects of varying complexity. The role will be both internally and externally facing.

• Managing and communicating a clear vision of varying project objectives and motivating the team members
• Understanding, documenting and communicating the definition of completion criteria (measurable milestones)
• Organizing the activities into manageable work packages for team members and determining an effective approach to completing the work
• Ensuring that appropriate timing, resources, and sequencing of the work efforts are aligned to produce the desired result within a given period of time
• Support the Recon team in scheduling and prioritizing workload given resource constraints
• Managing relationships to accomplish the activities
• Manage multiple project schedules to minimize resource conflict and facility activity conflict
• Communication of project schedule updates to Recon leadership
• Maintaining assertiveness to achieve goals as quickly as possible
• Monitoring project activities and reporting on status utilizing standard reporting processes and tools
• Identifying potential scope changes
• Reviewing quality of work and managing integration of team members' work
• Identifying and managing risks and issues
• Coaching those working on activities to clarify assignments and deliverables
• Documenting and analyzing lessons learned and sharing with others
• Validating the completion of project documentation and relevant knowledge bases

• Bachelor's Degree - Required
• 3+ years of experience in project management work, preferably in the healthcare ACA insurance space
• 3+ years in IT environment (with project experience)
• Communication - communicates clearly and concisely
• Customer orientation - establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
• PC skills - demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other PM tools as required
• Has excellent presentation and documentation skills
• PMP is desired
• Experience with ACA healthcare is desired
