We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end project delivery in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify dependencies, manage risks, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement across teams.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business and technical goals.


Required Skills & Experience:
  • Responsible for Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, and Closing a number of concurrent engineering projects.
  • Drive and ship all aspects of large, cross-functional projects.
  • Oversees all aspects of multiple concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Analyze business requirements, negotiate scope, and define functional requirements.
  • Manage communication apprising status and issues to team members, management and other project stakeholders.
  • Develop, manage, and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, risk, deliverables, resources and budget.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts
  • Able to handle fast paced and ambiguously defined projects with multiple customers and partner
  • Strong technical foundation in software engineering.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).


Mandatory Skills: Project Management .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
