Job Description

  • Deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and in adherence to the processes.
  • Independently manage projects and solutions with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Develop and track project plans, milestones, risks, and quality metrics.
  • Control project scope and provide consistent project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to client's processes.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Enhance coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Apply Scrum and Waterfall methodologies to the projects.
  • Allocate resources and manage escalations to keep projects on track.
  • Standardize tools, templates, and reporting processes.
  • Manage Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and resources.
  • Maintain clear customer-facing documentation, defining roles and responsibilities.


Long Description

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, SharePoint). Medicaid knowledge would be great and Pharmacy benefits knowledge preferred.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to varied audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, with a focus on detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities while maintaining focus on deliverables.
  • Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating and maintaining project documentation.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of budget management and cost control principles.
  • Work Ethics: Work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated and results-oriented, with initiative to complete tasks thoroughly.


Long Description

Experience/Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Management, End to End Project delivery.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in US healthcare, with at least 2 years in Pharmacy Benefit Management preferred
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
    • Familiarity with pharmacy benefit software and Medicaid systems
    • Attention to detail and multitasking capabilitie
    • Collaboration, leadership, organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • End to End Project Management handling Healthcare projects
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies in executing the project.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or health care preferred; demonstrated work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.


Mandatory Skills: Medicaid .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
