- Eligibility Criteria: Graduates and undergraduates can apply, but candidates with degrees like MBA, BTech, BCA, BSc IT/CS, BE, MTech, MCA, or CA are not eligible.
- Skill Requirements: Must have excellent voice and accent, grammar, and analytical skills, along with a strong customer service focus and telephone etiquette.
