Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work to a high standard under pressure
• Task/Detail/Results Oriented - Create or correct map areas for Draw out road, Interconnect roads, Apply travel restrictions, Set correct locations for addresses while ensuring the highest level of precision and a quick turnaround

Qualifications:

• Must be college graduate of any 4 years degree
• Basic to advance English language proficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work to a high standard under pressure
• Familiarity with Google maps with and Mapmaker related products
• Task/Detail/Results Oriented - Create or correct map areas for Draw out road, Interconnect roads, Apply travel restrictions, Set correct locations for addresses while ensuring the highest level of precision and a quick turnaround
• Good to have Geographic Information System experience or Maps

Deliver
No Performance Parameter Measure 1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback 2 Self- Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism, Training Hours, No of technical training completed
