Wipro is looking for an eCommerce Fraud Investigations team lead to assist the operations manager and support our eCommerce client with manual order review leadership. Interested candidates should have previous experience in the eCommerce fraud field, have worked in a high-volume production environment, possess excellent analytical skills, pay great attention to detail, and have at least one-year of experience in people management.

The position is based on site in Tampa, FL. The position has shift requirement, which includes Saturday or Sunday. This is a full-time opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Preparing shift plan for team and manage daily attendance. Ensuring reasonable team capacity to cover business needs.
  • Support operation manager in oversight of service delivery, KPIs, and adherence to SLAs
  • Support QA team to address quality related inquiries.
  • Provide real-time support on inquiries from analysts.
  • Lead training/coaching to new joiners or low performers
  • Oversight of check printing/issuance operations, and daily process review

Skill Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in eCommerce fraud prevention management
  • Experience managing operations team in remote environments is beneficial.
  • Previous job experience with eCommerce fraud workflows and case management technologies
  • Must have the ability to motivate, develop, and effectively manage direct reports.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Teams
  • Must have the ability to work with ambiguous and complex situations while managing dynamic priorities.
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
