hardware, software, design, supply chain, and go-to-market (sales and marketing) strategy. We

You are driven and excited and want to help expand and enhance our global supply planning
operations. This high-visibility role sits within client's Consumer Hardware team and is
responsible for supply/demand planning activities for the assigned product categories. You have
proven leadership, influence, project management, and analytical capabilities, and will be critical
in the next phase of the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
• Oversaw centralized global supply-demand planning while simultaneously serving as an
Omni-Channel Regional Demand Planner, collaborating with Sales Ops, Product
Management, and Finance to drive accurate sell-in forecasts, enable volume attainment,
and optimize cost & inventory for delighted customers.
• Develop supply and demand models to minimize total costs and inventories while
maintaining excellent service levels to customers. Leading cross-functional Sales &
Operations planning cycle, driving cross functional alignment on sales forecast and
supply allocation.
• Work in partnership with Product Operations, Sourcing Team and Global Service and
Logistics to set optimal build plans and transportation choices to meet targets and
budgets.
• Drive product success of metrics such as inventory, E&O, material spend, sales in and
sales through, freight in, COGS, and gross margins.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5 years supply chain operations experience in retail sector and/or consumer hardware
• 3 years direct supply/demand planning experience with end-to-end supply chain
management (e.g. forecasting, warehousing, fulfillment).
• Experience in project/program management.
Preferred qualifications:
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and fostering strong relationships with numerous
diverse stakeholders across various teams and functions to ensure project alignment
and successful outcomes.
• Proactive team player able to thrive in ambiguity and navigate complexity to develop
solutions
• Highly analytical and good at working with diverse data sources to derive key insights
• Proven ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level and to
launch new products and/or programs successfully in the marketplace.
• Demonstrates outstanding critical thinking, presentation, and decision making skills
Qualification:Bachelor's Degree
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $118,000 to $147,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
