As part of this project, your role as Procurement Helpdesk Officer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.
Job requirements:
- Ensuring all incoming Procurement Services requests: PR to PO / Helpdesk queries / Chats are responded/treated on a day-to-day basis within the agreed SLA and accuracy;
- Meeting SLAs, Dashboard Reports, Escalation process;
- Methodical with a process orientated approach to work;
- Proposing improvement initiatives - participate to quality improvement projects;

- Participating to meetings related to robotic process automation and propose improvement ideas for efficiency increase;
- Performing problem analysis, including root cause analysis for escalations;
- Creating different reports for Business / internal purpose;
- Providing support to the various end users & managers;
- Ensuring adherence to process essentials and compliance to customer requirements;
Candidates profile:
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Procurement domain knowledge and Helpdesk/Customer care experience;
- Experience using Procurement systems (preferable Ariba, SAP, Oracle, SRM) and ticketing tools would represent an advantage;
- Good customer service/communication skills;
- High Quality focused with excellent attention to details and analytical thinking;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Ability to keep tight deadlines, planning and organizing capacity;
