Wipro Technologies-Netherlands is seeking an experienced and dedicated Process Lead / Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain to join our TS - ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS team. This role offers a unique opportunity to bring over 15 years of expertise in supply chain processes and digital transformation consulting to a global and collaborative environment focused on innovation.
Role Overview: As a Process Lead, you will leverage your deep knowledge of Order to Cash, Order Management, Customer Data Management, Customer Contracts, Credit Management, Shipping, Billing, Collection, and Accounts Receivables to drive process transformation initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and international clients to deliver consulting engagements that optimize and standardize business processes using industry best practices, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions

Key Responsibilities:
Lead process discovery, gap analysis, and business process reengineering to design scalable and future-ready supply chain processes.
Conduct detailed functional workshops and technical sessions to align client needs with innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop future roadmaps, business cases, and transformation strategies that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Facilitate process mining and analysis activities to identify bottlenecks and performance improvement opportunities.
Deliver strong presentations and coordinate multiple teams ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met in fast-paced environments.
Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation to evolving technologies and market trends.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience of 15 years.
- Experience in consulting or industry with focus on digital technology.
- Process discovery and design consulting, business process engineering, and fit-gap analysis with industry best practice solutions.
- Process standardisation and optimisation.
- Functional expertise in MS D365 ERP product.
- Involved in creating the future roadmap and creating recommendations baseline for functional workshop, Technical workshop, and business cases.
- Strong team player with an adapting and open mindset for changing on fast-moving environments.
- Willingness to work with cross functional teams in an international environment.
- Strong presentation and coordination skill including to run the process workshops.Ability to participate and conduct business and process workshops with customers.
- Process mining skillset (good to have).
- 15 years on MS Dynamics hands on experience.
- Process Transformation Consulting experience.
