Role Overview:

The Process Advisory Consultantrole is integral to the successful transition of services within our dynamic and fast-growing digital transformation environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Network Operations and Process Advisory, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service transition outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Integrated Service Assessments, ensuring precise definition of service design and transition criteria that capture all relevant service interdependencies.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and agree upon integrated requirements and solution designs, culminating in robust Service Design Packages that align with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain an Integrated Service Transition Approach and Plan that coordinates multiple service components and timelines effectively to minimize risk and enhance delivery quality.
  • Create detailed Integrated Service Design Packs and Support Models that provide clear guidance and support frameworks post-transition.
  • Manage the iterative review process by submitting updates to Service Owners, incorporating their feedback diligently to ensure alignment and continual improvement.
  • Deliver targeted training and coaching sessions to Service Owners and Vendor partners, empowering them with the necessary knowledge and skills to support Integrated Service Transition successfully.
  • Utilize feedback loops from Service Owners and Vendors to fine-tune the Integrated Service Transition processes, enhancing effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Service Owners, providing expert advice on resolving inter-service issues and minimizing potential conflicts to uphold service continuity and quality

The ideal candidate must have working knowledge on Network operations as mandatory.
