Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Testing Engineer with over 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and a proven track record of using tools such as JMeter, NeoLoad, and LoadRunner to ensure the reliability and scalability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Testing: Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts using JMeter, NeoLoad, and LoadRunner.
- Analysis: Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on performance metrics, bottlenecks, and recommendations for improvements.
- Monitoring: Monitor application performance during testing and in production environments to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle.
- Optimization: Identify opportunities for performance optimization and work with developers to implement solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, scripts, results, and recommendations.
Required Skills:
- Performance Testing Tools: Extensive experience with JMeter, NeoLoad, and LoadRunner.
- Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Shell scripting.
- Analysis Tools: Familiarity with performance monitoring and analysis tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
- Database: Knowledge of SQL and experience with database performance testing.
- Protocols: Understanding of various protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, Web Services, and REST APIs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Skills:
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- CI/CD: Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Automation: Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks.

Experience: 3-5 Years.
