PeopleSoft Admin

St. Louis, MO

  • Ensure the availability of large PeopleSoft Finance, HCM and other systems used by every associate in the firm.
  • Perform hands-on configuration, administration, and technical support for PeopleSoft applications servers, process schedulers, WebLogic servers, Elasticsearch, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, Application Engine, SQRs and PeopleCode
  • Support complex software installation and maintenance, including major upgrades, patches, and fixes with no disruptions to day-to-day operations
  • Execute day-to-day monitoring of the PeopleSoft infrastructure including the application servers (PIA)
  • Fulfill code migrations to development, test, and production environments
  • Provide technical leadership, advice, and mentoring to peers, application developers, infrastructure, and business users
  • Implement standards and guidelines as directed to maintain software and to protect vulnerable information
  • Partner with DBAs and Application Developers to perform DB and PIA traces to identify, resolve, and fix issues
  • Support patching efforts including Linux, Microsoft, and Oracle
  • Ensure security compliance through quarterly password changes.
  • Automate routine support tasks including password changes
  • Participate in primary on-call support rotation providing after-hours and weekend support (24X7)
What you'll need :
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or related experience
  • 5+ years of PeopleSoft Administration, preferably in a large-scale production environment including experience with:
    • Linux and Window operating systems
    • Oracle SQL
    • Programming/scripting with Bash, Perl, and PowerShell.
    • JSP, HTML, HTML5, XML, Weblogic
    • DevOps, CI/CD or Agile practices and processes
    • Server hardware, operating systems, storage, load balancers and network technologies.
