Wipro Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner to lead the development and expansion of our Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Electric Vehicle (EV) capabilities within the North American utilities sector. As a global leader in technology and consulting services, Wipro Consulting is committed to driving innovation and transformation in the energy industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a strategic plan to build and enhance AI and EV capabilities tailored to the specific needs of North American utilities.
2. Lead a team of experts to identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI and EV solutions that address the evolving challenges and opportunities in the utilities sector.
3. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and internal teams, to drive thought leadership and deliver impactful solutions.
4. Drive business development efforts by leveraging industry expertise and relationships to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and expansion.
5. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to consultants and project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of AI and EV initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in the utilities industry, with a focus on AI, EV, and related technologies.
2. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technology and innovation projects within the utilities sector.
3. Deep understanding of the North American utilities landscape, including regulatory, market, and technological trends.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams and clients.
5. Demonstrated business acumen and a strategic mindset, with a passion for driving impactful change and innovation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Certification or specialization in AI, EV, or related technologies is highly desirable.
3. Prior experience in a consulting or advisory role is preferred.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $190,000.00 to $265,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
