Oracle Identity Manager Developer
Location - Texas
Key responsibilities include:
5 years Designing, developing, and customizing OIM solutions using Java and Oracle technologies
Implementing and customizing workflows for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and reconciliation
Integrating OIM with various applications and systems using connectors
Identifying and resolving issues related to OIM implementation, configuration, and integration.
Ensuring OIM solutions adhere to security and compliance policies.

Creating documentation, best practices, and guidelines for OIM implementations
Working with cross-functional teams, including security, application owners, and IT teams
Required skills and experience
Strong experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
Proficiency in Java and Oracle technologies
Knowledge of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and reconciliation
Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and databases.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Mandatory Skills: Oracle Identity Manager and Governance .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
