Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client's software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA's ensuring client satisfaction

• Handle Ownership of Databases and provide Level 3 DBA support for designated servers.
• Install , setup & maintain Oracle real application cluster , Troubleshoot RAC , ASM issues.
• Database Build, Upgradation, Patching, Migration activities.
• Process/Performance improvement, Database stability improvement.
• Setup Oracle Data Guard and troubleshot data sync issues.
• Strong Backup and Restore strategies during disaster scenario. RMAN Optimization.
• Database standards/Best Practices implementation.
