The Operational Quality Specialist is a member of our Member Service Team. The Member Service Team is a support team that assists with the daily functions that are needed to assure the Call Center Team and the Claims Teams are able to assist customers timely and with exceptional quality. The functions of the Member Service Team include non-call and non-claim processing functions that are needed to keep the third party health care administration functioning optimally. Examples of the efforts the Member Service Team owns includes: in-house mail room functions, manual pricing, manual eligibility, refund coordination and certain transactional quality verification.

- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail, filing, monitor supplies
- Prepare overnight delivery packages
- Run errands
- Prepare check deposits from incoming checks and follow the necessary steps for documentation and deposit of these funds into the appropriate accounts
- Perform a monthly quality check for ID cards
- Must meet the department's quality and production standards for this job
- Regular attendance in order to meet business objectives
- Other duties as assigned
