Job Description
- Provide Level 3 support for application platforms and Openshift environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application deployments, container orchestration, and underlying infrastructure (Openshift and ecosystem such as CI/CD, ELK/Splunk, Vault).
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement preventative measures.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents as needed.
- Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices for platform operations and support.

- Proven experience in L3 support roles within an application platform or cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift).
- Experience with cloud environments and relevant compute technologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
