Job Description

  • Provide Level 3 support for application platforms and Openshift environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application deployments, container orchestration, and underlying infrastructure (Openshift and ecosystem such as CI/CD, ELK/Splunk, Vault).
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement preventative measures.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents as needed.
  • Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist in the implementation of best practices for platform operations and support.
