Project Scope:
The project involves upgrading CYME from version 9.2 to 9.4 and replacing the existing extractor with CYME Gateway. Key integrations include GIS, PowerBase Denodo, MDMS (AMI), and PI systems (OMS, SCADA). Additionally, a new CYME database will be built using version 9.4, with the network model populated using data extracted via CYME Gateway.

Role Overview:
This role is for a manual tester with a solid understanding of CYME and electrical network grid operations.

• Manual Testing

• System Studies
• Basic Electrical Engineering Knowledge
• Network Grid Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and clarify requirements with SMEs
• Develop comprehensive SIT test cases
• Identify and prepare necessary test data for SIT
• Execute SIT test cases and update progress in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Log and track defects in ADO
• Perform defect retesting and regression testing as needed
• Prepare and maintain the SIT test plan
