Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Network Automation Engineer with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in core network automation, preferably using tools such as Ansible and Python. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in networking concepts and demonstrate expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated solutions for complex network environments.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement automated solutions for network provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using Ansible, Python or any scripting technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand network requirements and design effective automation workflows.

• Conduct regular assessments of existing network automation processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Collaborate with network architects and administrators to integrate automation solutions seamlessly into the existing infrastructure.
• Document automation workflows, configurations, and best practices for reference and training purposes.
• Work closely with security teams to ensure network automation processes adhere to cybersecurity best practices and standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of proven experience in IT network automation.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible and programming languages like Python.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and security concepts.
• Experience with SDN (Software-Defined Networking) and cloud networking is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent are highly desirable.
