Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy and support for Teams Voice services.
• Collaborate with operating companies for secure service delivery.
• Provide L3 support and guide adoption strategies.

Technical Areas:

• Advanced Microsoft Teams Voice architecture.
• PSTN connectivity and number management.
• Teams-certified devices and meeting room setups.
• SLA-based incident resolution and escalation handling.
• Governance and compliance in Teams Voice deployments.

Deliver
No Performance Parameter Measure 1 Operations of the tower SLA adherence
Knowledge management
CSAT/ Customer Experience

Identification of risk issues and mitigation plans
