Redhat Linux Admin L2 (Redhat) + Red hat Satellite + Ansible L1
- Minimum of 5-10 years administration experience on Redhat Linux.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with ITIL Process (Incident, Change, RITM, PTASK, Ticketing Tool.)
- Ability to plan & drive for DC DR drills.
- SME level troubleshooting / Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Preparing the customer required relevant report, ppt and presentation skills to customer.
- Manage L1 & L2 team for daily activities and other team activities, handling escalation, & escalate stakeholder for concern issues of domain.
- Experience in Linux system services such DNS, NFS, Samba, Syslog, DHCP, NIS, NTP, Apache/Tomcat etc.
- User Administration.
- LVM Management (FS creation/FS resizing).
- OS Issue & performance issue Troubleshooting.
- Experience with Linux OS physical hardware.
- Server Build & Decommission.(Virtual/Physical/Cloud)
- Expertise in OS hardening, performance, and kernel tuning.
- OS security Patching & vulnerabilities Fix.
- Basic Knowledge on Storage, Networking, and backup devices
- NFS/CIFS management.
- Basic Knowledge of ansible
- Vender Management.
- Package management through YUM / RPM.
- Basic Knowledge of Shell Scripting.
- Job Scheduling.
- Good Communication skill.
