Key Responsibilities:

  • The role will oversee client operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and managing a large team, including international and government clients.
  • Design and implement network architecture solutions, negotiate contracts, and drive process improvements.
  • Extensive experience with Cisco and Juniper equipment, SD-WAN technologies, and strong client management skills are required.
  • Lead and manage a team of network engineers and administrators to provide 24x7 network support.
  • Lead a team of network architects and oversee network designs to meet client needs.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of network services per contractual agreements and SLAs/KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing ongoing support and optimization for existing solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients, MSPs, and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective network solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including design diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
  • Implement and enforce network security best practices to protect client data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to network operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network architecture and operations.
  • Proficiency in network protocols, routing (MPLS, BGP, OSPF), and switching.
  • Hands-on experience with network security principles and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.


Preferred Skills:
  • Network Engineering, Routing and Switching, Understanding Network Protocols (BGP, MPLS, OSPF)
  • Experience with VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN technology.
  • Knowledge of network automation and orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking and virtualization technologies.
  • Proven experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).


Mandatory Skills: Network Data Admin .

Experience: 8-10 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
