Role: Java Production Support/ SRE Engineer

Location: O'Fallon, MO, US (onsite)

Job Description:

1. Strong Linux skills (proper hands-on of using commands and scripting) as most of the applications runs on file system.
2. Strong SQL skills. Should be able to write basic queries using SQLs using joins, sub-queries, DMLs and DDLs.
3. Strong knowledge in Java Application support/API support/Batch support
4. Monitoring tools knowledge and experience in Splunk, Dynatrace or any tools
5. L2 PROD Support experience (aware of ITSM Process and tools) - Workorder/Incident/Change/Problem management
6. Good to have - Release management with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins), Added advantage - (kubernetes, docker, any cloud)
7. Show interest to do automations in scripting (Unix/Python)
8. Good and confident communication skills and Positive learning attitude

Mandatory Skills: AIOPS Splunk Observability .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
