Job Responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project manager, technical lead) to determine user requirements for a scenario.
  • Partner with cross-function technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.
  • Drive comprehensive application of automation within production and deployment of a product.
  • Defines and develops standardized, repeatable, scalable solutions to guarantee quality.
  • Develop and deploy Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power App) and MS Teams Toolkit for Visual Studio Code solutions and data integrations with Microsoft Power BI, Sharepoint, Graph API and Power Suite.
  • Participate in technical design sessions; develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with business objectives.


  • Leverages a variety of feedback channels to incorporate insights into future designs or solution fixes.
  • Use various connectors to connect disparate systems to Microsoft Teams applications.
  • Recommend and guide development of APIs for Line of Business applications that do not have native connectors.
  • Propose areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
  • Train and impart your knowledge to both developers and citizen developers.
  • Help guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform /Graph/Azure BOT framework
  • Contribute across all phases of the product development life cycle.

Software Delivery Engineer Skills Requirements

  • Unified Communications - Microsoft Teams product domain knowledge and software developer delivery background
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Suite and MS Teams Toolkit for Visual Studio Code
  • Configuration Management - Application configuration changes using Puppet, Ansible to deploy application configuration changes.
  • Software and API Development - System design and software product life cycle with Microsoft Powershell scripting knowledge; Microsoft Power Suite; Microsoft Teams Toolkit for Visual Studio and Microsoft Graph API software development to develop/update scripts and approval workflows for delivery implementation into production. Experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C++, JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js, GraphQL and Python.
  • Test and Release Management - Unit and A/B testing and Testing tools and code repository management using SonaQube and Artifactory.
