Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations.

Required Skill
• Good experience in Level 1/Level 2 Production Support.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple time sensitive tasks simultaneously.
• Willing to work with the business to provide deal support as well as liaising with dev teams to complete root cause analysis when business impacting problems occur.
• Experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Database: Good knowledge of SQL or Oracle and writing basic queries
• Experience using Remedy, Dynatrace, Splunk, Unix or similar tools

Mandatory Skills: EMC Product Support .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
