Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Integration Architect with over 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Integration Design and Implementation:
    • Architect, design, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, REST APIs, and legacy systems).
    • Develop custom APIs and leverage ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and other tools for efficient data exchange.
  2. Solution Architecture:
    • Analyze business requirements to design ServiceNow solutions that ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
    • Develop comprehensive architecture documents, technical designs, and workflows for integrations.
  3. Hands-On Development:
    • Write and review complex scripts using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Customize ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) to meet integration requirements.
  4. Best Practices and Governance:
    • Establish and enforce integration standards, naming conventions, and best practices.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development guidelines.
  5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  6. Testing and Troubleshooting:
    • Perform unit testing, system testing, and troubleshooting of integration issues.
    • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in integrations.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
    • Proactively recommend improvements to existing integrations and processes.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 5 years focused on integrations.
    • Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale ServiceNow integrations.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong expertise in ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and OAuth 2.0.
    • Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, XML, and other integration-related technologies.
    • In-depth understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (e.g., ITSM, ITOM).
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
