As the Sr. Strategy Manager for Think Tank by Lab45, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for our customers. We specialize in disruptive strategy wherein we help clients envision a business future that leverages emerging technologies. We are seeking a candidate with 5-8 years of experience, including a strong consulting background and an MBA. The candidate must be comfortable working with client executives and running strategic programs and workshops with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Strategic Planning for Clients:
- Run end-end strategic programs for clients to help them develop corporate, business strategies that leverage emerging technologies.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market trends analysis, vertical analysis, and collaborate with ethnographers to understand customer needs to identify strategic opportunities.
- Run workshops and bring together our research community, thought leaders and other experts inside Wipro to solve strategic client problems.
- Conduct a range of business analysis for internal Wipro as needed. This could include M&A analysis, startup valuations, product valuations, etc.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their challenges, providing strategic insights and solutions to enhance overall performance.
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs to ensure the team is well-equipped to achieve targets.
- Leverage consulting experience to bring a fresh perspective to strategic initiatives, problem-solving, and decision-making processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, providing insights based on industry best practices.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: - Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall company objectives.
- Must hold an MBA degree and a Bachelors in some science field (engg, biology, computer science, physics, chemistry, etc)
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
- Strong technical accumen that enable business decision making.
- Proven consulting experience with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- Workshop moderation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- MBA + MS
- Worked in technology companies in product management roles or consulting companies in Sr. Engineering Manager roles.
