As the Product Director for Membership Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our internal membership offerings. This role requires a visionary product leader with a proven track record in building successful customer-facing membership platforms, ideally with experience at large product companies. You will build a platform inside Wipro that will allow Wipro executives and sales teams to immerse themselves in our content.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for building, growing, and sustaining a high-value membership program aligned with Think Tank's objectives
- Lead the end-to-end development and evolution of the membership platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and content, to deliver a world-class membership solution.
- Design and implement features and mechanisms that drive automatic and meaningful engagement within the membership community.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize engagement strategies and personalize user experiences. - Monetization Strategies:
- Work closely with the monetization team to develop and implement effective strategies for generating revenue through the membership program.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the membership framework.
- Develop and execute plans for acquiring new members and retaining existing ones.
- Implement data-driven approaches to continuously improve member retention rates and satisfaction levels.
Partnerships and Collaborations: - Identify and explore potential partnerships that can enhance the value proposition of the membership program.
Collaborate with external organizations to expand the reach and influence of the Think Tank community.
- Proven experience as a product leader in high-profile tech companies with a focus on customer-facing membership platforms.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling membership programs, driving engagement and revenue growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Technical proficiency and understanding of digital platforms and technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
