As a Software Engineer on the Lab45 team ,
- Write production quality code .
- Be passionate about solving complex problems and learning new modern stacks.
- Review code and provide feedback to ensure correctness and best practices .
- Contribute to design documents, user guides and documentation.
- Triage and debug product issues to ensure functional correctness, performance and resiliency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering-related field (computer science, electrical engineering, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages writing production quality code .
- Strong understanding of data structures or algorithms.
- U nderstanding of product market fit , user experience, analytics, metrics and A/B testing .
- Experience taking ideas from inception to launch.
- Experience working with highly scalable, fault-tolerant, secure and complaint architecture and systems.
- Strong communication skills and bias for action
