ROLE SUMMARY
At Lab 45 we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our organization. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize their potential.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and ensure a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor sales metrics and trends, generating reports and presenting findings to the executive team for strategic decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and market changes to effectively position our offerings.
  • Coach and develop sales team members, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing necessary training and resources.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate complex deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, sales management, and CRM software.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies based on market insights.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary and commissions based on achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization.
