Kafka Operations Engineer

Requirements:

• Complex Kafka Cluster setup. Configuration, Replication, Maintaining, Upgrading, Performance Tunning
• Ansible CI/CD pipelines.
• Handling Production Kafka Operations. Incident/ Release/Change Management.
• Java shell scripting for implementing Security Modules.
• Solving day-to-day support issues, incidents and problems.
• Systems and performance monitoring, including trend analysis and respective improvements
• Regularly reviewing and advancing Kafka services and automation
• Prioritizing and handling workload effectively
• Can understand and speak in Polish.

Responsibility:

• Candidates will work with ET&S Poland.
• ET&S is a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, a global technology holding, with competencies in digital transformation.
• ET&S has a complex Kafka Cluster setup and need technical experts to enhance and support this Kafka setup.
