1.) Bachelor or Master degree in IT / Computer Science (or similar in IT, anything outside IT will not help)

2.) 1-2 years in experience having worked in projects

either in:

1. Frontend: SAP UI5 / FIORI, Web technologies like Javascript / HTML

Or:

1. Backend: SAP ABAP-OO (Object Oriented), SAP o-Data Services, SAP CDS Views

3.) Helpful:

SAP trainings and certifications in above technologies

4.) Nice to have (not mandatory):

Agile and Scrum

SAP RAP (Restful Application Programming Model)

5.) Softskills:

Willingness to learn on a continuous basis in the coming years

Being self-motivated and pro-active (we do not need candidates, who need to be micro-managed)

Willingness to go the extra mile (we do not need candidates, who are looking for a comfort zone)

Having a problem solving mindset (not creating additional problems)
