Responsibilty

1. Demand Planning & Forecasting
The vendor will be responsible for providing accurate and timely demand forecasts and related analyses.

【Regional Demand Planning】
-Development and submission of accurate sell-out and sell-in forecasts.
-Collaboration with Sales Operations, Product Management, and Finance to align on regional demand.
-Weekly and ad-hoc updates to compare week-over-week demand.
-Bottoms-up forecast checks and updates.
-Bottoms-up uploads in Tobu (Google's internal system).
-UCSI assumption analysis in Tobu.
-Initial Order Quantity (IOQ) proposal and collection, including channel splits.
-Top-down assumption analysis for demand.
-Monitoring and checking Lifetime Value (LTV) versus shipped Sell-In (SI).

2. Allocation Planning & Order Management
The vendor will execute and manage product allocation strategies to meet regional and channel-specific demands.

【Global & Regional Allocation】
-Weekly global and regional allocation planning and execution.
-Development and implementation of allocation priority strategies.
-Purchase Order (PO) cutoff communication.

【Order & Stock Management】
-Purchase Order (PO) management.
-PO vs Forecast analysis

3. Reporting
The vendor will execute and manage product allocation strategies to meet regional and channel-specific demands.

【Reporting】
Compile weekly reporting and insights for demand vs supply gaps, demand changes
Troubleshoot reporting
