Java Go Lang

• We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineers with expertise in Java, Go Lang, and MongoDB to join our Operational Excellence team
• This role is crucial for ensuring application maintainability, stability, production support, Validations, and addressing requests from L1 and L2 teams
• The engineer will play a vital role in troubleshooting, debugging, implementing fixes, and ensuring seamless application operations.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the L3 point of contact for incidents / queries raised by customers, L1 and L2 support teams.- Analyze and resolve production issues, ensuring timely resolution with minimal impact.
• Work on L3 Jira stories that cover bug fixes, system behavior clarifications, and data issues.- Perform Short-Term Fixes (STF) and Long-Term Fixes (LTF) in coordination with development teams.-
• Conduct data analysis and fixes for production records as needed.- Collaborate with developers, testers, and operations teams to improve system reliability and incident response.-
• Acknowledge, investigate, and respond to production support queries from customers, L1 and L2 teams.- Maintain logs, create incident documentation, and contribute to knowledge bases and runbooks.Required Skills & Experience:- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Go, and MongoDB- Proficient in debugging application and service-level issues in production environments.- Solid understanding of microservices, web services, and distributed systems.- Experience with production/ platform tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk, etc.)- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in critical situations.-
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams- Previous experience in L3 support or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).- Exposure to monitoring and alerting systems.- Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
