Mandatory skills-

Change management experience (with knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Release methodologies)
• Ability to understanding of Global Change Policy/ Standards and how to apply to practical scenarios
• Work closely with global technology teams to co-ordinate project execution
• Familiarity with change management tools (Remedy, PPRT, CECE)
• Work to fast paced timelines
• Run project governance routines
• Work closely with the GBT APC PMO and Project Execution teams
• Strong technical aptitude (application infrastructure)
• Experience with various levels of system, integration, and regression testing
• Hands on delivery experience working with Agile teams and in implementing Scaled Agile/Scrum/Kanban/DevOps practices.
• Risk Management / Mitigation and QA experience
• Strong analytical / problem solving / process design skills
• Strong ability to establish relationship with peers across teams in order to achieve optimal results

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• 8-10 years of ITSM experience in Change and other processes
• ITIL V3 / 2011 Foundation or Intermediate certification
• Capable to collaborate with Multiple Technical towers, face the Customer, coordinate with the Vendors
• Effective Communication skills
