Role:
The ideal candidate will be supporting our Win11 and O365 programme of work.
Responsibilities /Key skills:
- Ideally experience in doing a Win10 to Win11 upgrade project
- AD Group Policy management experience (ideally have implemented CIS benchmarks in Windows Group Policy)
- Application packaging / SCCM experience
- Laptop building and shipping
- Writing/updating Service Desk KB articles / communications for end users
- Helpdesk End user support / hand-holding to complete machine upgrades.
- Application testing experience
Mandatory Skills: EUC Consulting .
Experience: 3-5 Years .
