Role Overview:

The Integrated Service Transition SME role is integral to the successful transition of services within our dynamic and fast-growing digital transformation environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Network Operations and Process Advisory, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT service transition outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the Integrated Service Assessments to adequately define the relevant service design and transition criteria for service interdependencies
  • Define and agree integrated requirements and solution design components to produce the Service Design package
  • Provide inputs to Integrated Service Transition Approach and Plan
  • Provide inputs to Integrated Service Design Pack
  • Provide inputs to Integrated Support Model
  • Submit updates for review to the NESO Service Owner for review and feedback in line with agreed plan
  • Train and coach NESO Service Owners and NESO Vendors (as required) on IST
  • Fine tune IST basis feedback loop from NESO Service Owners and NESO Vendors
  • Advise NESO Service Owners on the resolution of issues between services and to minimise conflicts -

The ideal candidate must have working knowledge on Network operations as mandatory.
