Institutional Custody Asset Servicing Specialist

Role Purpose

We're looking for someone like you to:

• establish yourself as a trusted single point of contact for Institutional Clients and Banks & Regulated Brokers
• answer clients' questions on day-to-day use of our platform and post-trade related topics. e.g. securities settlements, corporate actions, reconciliation, cash management and operational tax.
• support smooth onboarding and training for new clients
• provide post trade support for our premium clients, e.g. sending of settlement instructions and sending of proxy instructions
• act as the point of contact between clients and our technical support and development team
• be on the lookout for ways to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controls and increase customer satisfaction

• previous client services experience within the financial services industry
• fundamental knowledge or prior experience in custody and securities services
• passion for dealing with clients, strong numerical skills and an understanding of financial instruments products
• the proven ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
• experience in IB and/or WM Ops will be of added advantage

• comfortable working with internal and external clients
• motivated, self-directed and driven as well as adaptable
• able to work independently and across teams and functions
• able to look at things holistically and connect the dots
• an excellent communicator, analytical and well organized
• skilled at looking for ways to improve (you're a keen observer and problem solver)

• previous client services experience within the financial services industry
